Preparing for Tragedy and Death: What Everyone Should Know.
Estate planning is more than a will; estate planning sets out who will handle your finances if you have a stroke and can't; who will make your medical decisions; and who will care for your kids. An estate plan can protect your kids from confusion and conflict and set forth rules for the distribution of money once you have passed. A good estate plan ensures that who you were during your life is reflected in your funeral and in the management of your estate after your death including providing for pets, charities, and individuals with special needs.
Sheena Moran is an experienced attorney who specializes in estate planning and she will equip us to wisely and responsibly prepare for a debilitating tragedy and death.
